1990年毕业于北京大学化学系，获理学学士学位。

1997年毕业于新泽西州立大学（Rutgers University-the State University of New Jersey）获化学博士学位。

1998-2000就职于Strategene, an Agilent Company, 任研究员。

2000-2008就职于Neurocrine Biosciences，任资深研究员。

2008-2012就职于BioDuro, a PPD Company，历任总监，资深总监，执行总监。

2012年初加入苏州大学，任特聘教授，博士生导师。

2018年创建爱科诺，任首席执行官。
